Wild goose chase

But no photos. Last weekend at the lake, Miro chased a gaggle of Canada geese off the lawn and into the water. He would have kept after them if he hadn't been stopped by the 20-ft. line attached to his collar, necessary for keeping him out of the neighbors' yard.

Although we have no geese in our yard, the experience must have encouraged Miro to do some birding. I was inside, taking photos through the kitchen window.
Birds overhead!

They're landing in a tree near the fence.

Whoa, they're doing what?

Bored with that. What's next?

  1. He can hardly wait until the next flock comes...he says "I will be ready". How sweet. xo

  2. Hee!Hee! You'll have to get him a pair of binoculars! LOL!

  3. Stay on the case, Miro - they'll be back - don't worry!

    Love ya lots,
    Mitch and Molly

  4. Haaa!
    Sure it was great episode!
I hope you can enjoy another one soon!
For now... just keep an eye on those birds there, ok?
    Kisses and hugs

  5. You have keep your eye on those feathered friends Miro! They will invade if you let em'! BOL!

    Fellow Sentry,

  6. Careful there, don't want to over exert yourself in that bird chasing.

Have a great time... Great back yard.

    pawhugs, Max

  7. It always cracks me up that they call it a "gaggle"
