Not a good day for a walk

Saturday's wind storm turned out to be worse than expected. I'm amazed there are still leaves left on the trees, especially considering the number of branches that came down in my yard, branches from the neighbors' trees. During a pause in the wind, we went outside to view the new carpet on the patio.

Just a couple of the many branches.
Back to normal.
Miro watches the work with interest but does not volunteer to help.

Yet to be cleaned.

  1. Well.... that is what I call moral support, right Miro?
    Kisses and hugs

  2. Yeah, rakin' is BORIN'!!!! Ma usually puts on my bubble machine so I stay outta the way! hehehe
Butts, I see your gots lots of sticks to play with!! Your lucky, Ma always takes them away from me cause I 'eat' em' instead of just chewin' them...meanie.

  3. No way. Not only does it scare me, it blows my hairs.

  4. It has been super windy here too!

Stop on by for a visit

  5. It did make a pretty carpet for your patio though. We love the Fall weather, but we're back in Phoenix now, so now it's just warm. Ugh. Dad takes us for nice long walks around the block here at least. Sending lots of Welshie and AireHugs!

  6. We love it when mom kicks leaves at us. It makes us do tuckbuttruns! Your autumn leaves are beautiful, Miro!

    Love ya lots♥

  7. Those leaves surely do make a nice carpet. :) And just look at that tree, ready to "help the cause." :)

Good job supervising the cleanup efforts, Miro!

  8. Hi hi hi! Ojo here! I think your person should have left the leaves. Not only do they smell good, but they helped you to camouflage! All the better to sneak up on squirrels or birds, right?
